Well balanced, with a slightly sweet flavour of soft fruits (apricot, peaches), combined with distinctive hop character and the signature organic character which derives from fermentation with the La Trappe yeast strain. Complex, interesting, but also distinctly refreshing as a beer when drunk slightly chilled.
